Japan Book Collection Added to Bunch Library
Bunch Library has received a gift collection of 100 Books for Understanding Contemporary Japan from the Nippon Foundation. Rachel Scott, Reference Librarian, has set up a display on the first floor of the library that highlights the collection. The books are ready to be checked out to any Belmont student, faculty, or staff. Topics covered include arts, culture, history, literature, society, business, economics, politics and international relations. The Nippon Foundation hopes these books will provide “a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of contemporary Japan that transcends stereotypes and out-dated ideas.” We hope you will stop by and take a look at the display.
