White House Staffer Speaking at Belmont Wed., Sept. 30
Joshua Dubois, the director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships and a native of Nashville, will speak at Belmont University Sept. 30. A Pentecostal minister, Dubois joined President Barack Obama’s staff as a Senate aid and later directed the religious outreach for his presidential campaign. The White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood has a four-point focus on economic recovery, abortion reduction, responsible fatherhood and interfaith relations. Dubois received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and a master’s degree in public affairs from Princeton.
