We are happy to welcome you back and hope you are ready for the exciting semester! This Fall’s group fitness schedule has many wonderful classes for any taste. Spin your morning away, stretch with Pilates at lunch, or dance to Zumba later in the evening. Our group fitness classes entail high energy to get your heart rate up and ensure that you are getting a great workout while also having a great time. No matter what your preference is, our classes will meet your fitness needs!
