Spring Group Fitness Schedule

 

Spring Break will be over before you know it but Summer is ahead! Whether you are trying to get in shape or thinking about your next fitness goal, we have got you covered!  The Department of Fitness and Recreation offers a variety of group fitness classes great for all fitness levels.  Check out the link below and note the changes in the new schedule, such as the new "express" classes at Noon.
