Use your lunch break (or break between exams) to keep the blood flowing from the top of your head to the tips of your toes - your brain will thank you for the hiatus!

Thursday, May 7 - 20/20/20 This class has it all!! Try out 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of sculpting, and 20 minutes of peaceful stretching.
Friday, May 8 - Pilates Develop your core and let your mind relax for an hour of gentle yet challenging stretches and poses.
Monday, May 11 - Step and Sculpt Get your heart rate up with this fast-paced, high intensity class! Perfect for beginners to advanced.
Tuesday, May 12 - Scenic Spin Enjoy a tour along the coastline with this calorie-blasting, low-impact class. Call 460-6313 to reserve your bike. Hurry! Spots are limited to the first 8.
