JumpStart is a free 4 week program designed to help you start your year off by jumpstarting your fitness.
In order to track your progress, the program includes a pre- and post-assessment. Each participant will also receive a personalized exercise program, nutritional counseling, and have their diet analyzed. In order to see maximum results you must be able to meet 3 times per week for 1 hour, either Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Chosen participants also must be able to attend 1 of 2 mandatory meetings, either September 15th at 10am or September 17th at 5pm. Applications are due September 10th by 5pm.
