Alumnus on HGTV
Rick Kelly, Music Business alumnus, will be hosting the New York portion of a new television series on HGTV titled "My House is Worth What?" In each episode a homeowner walks Rick through their apartment or townhouse and he points out the positive and negative features of the home, building, and neighborhood. At the end of each segment he gives the owner a realistic sales price for the home as it is, and with some recommended improvements. The show airs on Wednesday evenings at 10:30 p.m./et. Rick is Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman in NY.
