Psychology Student Presents at Major Conference
Melinda Baker, a senior Psychology and English major, has been selected
to present her research completed with Dr. Michael Sullivan, assistant
professor of psychology, "The Use of Religion to Counter Morality
Salience Cues", at the 18th annual meeting of the Association for
Psychological Science (APS). The meeting, held May 25-28 in New York
City, drew the most presentation submissions ever; more than 50 percent
more than last year's conference.
The Association for Psychological Science provides scientists with
opportunities essential to achieving excellence in research. To this
end, APS holds the only national Annual Convention dedicated
exclusively to scientific exchange across all areas of psychology.
