Coker Invited to Lecture Abroad

Dr. Jeff Coker, associate professor of history, has been invited to present a series of lectures at the University of Belgrade's Center for Studies of the United States, in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro, May 20-26. The center, which offers specialist postgraduate courses in American history, politics, law, culture and foreign relations, was founded in June 2004 and invites eminent scholars from the United States to participate as visiting lecturers. Coker's presentations will address the history of US foreign policy in the 20th century. His visit is supported by the University of Belgrade, the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade.
